Location: British Columbia - Remote 
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Compensation: $79,000 - $88,000 (compensation based on experience)

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic and tactical advice to senior management and overall strategic direction of Network Design Team.
  • Make decisions that align with the project’s objectives and Driftwood’s vision and values.
  • Lead with respect, accountability, courage, and inclusiveness. 
  • Build a dynamic and efficient team focused on accountability and customer Service. 
  • Develop and utilize best practices for project intake, workload distribution, tracking and completion. 
  • Maintain weekly communication with key clients/alliance partners with exceptional customer service. 
  • Oversee a variety of project audits including review of project profitability. 
  • Create monthly staffing forecast requirements to meet project load. 
  • Organize and host monthly project status meetings.

The ideal candidate brings:
  • PMP certification, professional designation, or coursework/training in project management
  • Attention to detail, high urgency, accountability and consistent and timely follow up.
  • Ability to work in an office or home office environment.
  • Lead by example through consistent engagement to create a fun, high performing, and results-oriented team.
  • Ability to identify trends and opportunities for improved efficiency and customer service. Self-disciplined and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer focused individual with a commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry and civil, fibre or coax construction an asset.
  • Flexibility to take on new tasks and accountability as the business evolves.
  • Successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record check.
